• Any cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of total stay.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Upon Check-in,  you must have a valid photo ID for all adults and must be over the age of 25 to check in to the hotel. 
• A Maximum of ONLY 2 adults is allowed per room. 
• No pets allowed in our guest rooms.
• This is a Smoke Free Property.
• Only one parking permit allowed per room. We will require the make, color and license plate number of your vehicle at check-in.
• Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m.
• Guests are entitled to 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and 4 beach towels per room daily 10am-5pm, weather permitting
